Arrival Times
Check-in: Between 4:00PM - 6:00PM. To ensure that your suite is properly ready for your arrival and that we are present to welcome you, do let us know if your plans require you to check-in outside of the Cottage's normal check-in hours.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Deposits & Payments
Initial Deposit
An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked.
Scheduled Deposit
0 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount.
Credit Card Security
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. See our privacy policy page for more information about credit card security.
Cancellations
Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If within 48 hours, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation total. All other cancelled reservations will be charged a $55 handling fee. PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATION REFUNDS ISSUED DURING HIGH-IMPACT PERIODS.
Rates/policies are subject to change without notice and vary during high-impact periods and with inflationary food costs.
Smoking
No smoking in the house or the rooms.
Damage
If damage occurs, the guest will be responsible for replacement and/or repair costs at the discretion of the innkeeper.
Pets
Pet are allowed only in the Garden Suite.
Occupancy
Room occupancy is limited to registered guests only. If we discover any unauthorized visitors or undeclared occupants in your room or on the property, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately and there will be no refunds. Our policy is designed to provide a safe and quiet atmosphere for all of our guests.
